Wayne Johnson, is an experienced personal trainer of over a decade. He will be running his 14th consecutive New York City Marathon this fall at the age of 42. He graduated from Rutgers University with a masters degree in education and a major in sociology. He has taught elementary education for 19 years. As a life-long resident of Morristown, he worked at a Morristown Area gym for over 10 years training clients of all ages, abilities, and unique fitness goals. Following the passing of his father, William, and brother, Darell, at the start of the pandemic, his focus shifted even more to holistic wellness. He was recently featured on the Podcast Business News Network national broadcast with hosts Jill Nicolini of Channel 11 and Steve Harper. He provided advice and answered live calls from listeners who subscribe to Apple Music, iHeart Radio, Amazon Music, Spotify, Tune-In, and Stitcher. Wayne gives thanks to God for hope and the belief that despite adversities we are remarkably and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139:14)

3 questions:
(1)-How do you think? (I encourage clients to think about how they think, develop positive self-talk, how they perceive their workouts, reflect on if they laugh enough to reduce stress, practice breathing & meditation, maintain peace or forgiveness in their relationships.
(2)-How do you fuel? (I encourage individuals to think about: What is the quality of their food, vitamins, and supplements?; Where their food comes from?; What process does it go through?; What do you do to prepare it?
(3)-How do you train? (I encourage people to have balance in their aerobic/anaerobic exercise, stretching/range of motion, as well as, sleep habits.)
